If employers are "shopping" for oranges don't send them a fruit basket and expect them to find the oranges, send them a basket of oranges. Most people include everything they've ever done on their resume and hope that the employer will find the oranges.Like any other "shopper" the employer will quickly move on to the resume that has the most "oranges".
