Wood The wood I use is one of the very important ingredients for my meats. Having the right colours and flavours added to the meats are important to every smoke I do. I mostly enjoy cherry wood for it's colours. It gives a bit of a darker look. I mix that with a bit of oak or hickory depending on the meat. Our menu is posted on Facebook and our website (kingsvillebbq.com) What are your hours? At this time we are in a practice phase of introducing our product. We are open one more week in December. December 18 and 19, 4pm-8pm. In the new year we will be open; ***Fridays and Saturdays*** ***4pm-8pm*** Dine-in? Take-out only. We do not have a delivery service. Where are you located? 313 Main St E Kingsville Ontario Plaza with Momma Bear's Bakery, Ireland Manual Physiotherapy, Pizza House, Sissy & Roche ... great neighbors by the way! Tried to call, what's wrong with the phone? We were experiencing an overwhelming amount of calls and not everyone got to us. Keep calling, we have a lot of curious Kingsvillians. How do you cook your foods? Backyard smoked BBQ is our goal. Delicious in-house smoked meat, simple sides, and some other goodies. I use cherry and hickory logs for the fire . While creating my recipes I kept it simple without adding pointless ingredients. Why no beef brisket? We have decided to have monthly features. Beef brisket will only appear one weekend a month. We will be adding an other smoked beef to the menu. This coming week.... we will have beef brisket while supplies last. Are you crazy to open a business during a pandemic? Yes and No. I love cooking. I love being in business. I love making people happy with my cooking and friendly staff. We built this business understanding the world we are living in. We just hope to be a great end to a sometimes long week
