It is time to join or renew memberships to the Kingsville-Gosfield Heritage Society. If you want to learn more about the history of this community and the efforts to preserve it, please consider becoming a part of this organization. Memberships help support the Kingsville Archives, a valuable resource for researchers, genealogists and authors. Single memberships $20, family memberships $30. KGHS is excited to welcome Hanna Boutros to the Kingsville Archives as an Archives Assistant for the remainder of the summer. She will be working Monday to Friday from 9 AM-12:30 and 1- 4:30 PM to help with on-line, email and phone inquiries regarding historical research. The Kingsville Archives remains closed to public visits, but Hanna and the volunteers are eager to help anyone who wants to do virtual research, and will answer queries by phone (226 348-6377) or email [email protected]. If you have any documents or photos you would like to donate to the archival collection, please call or email to set up a drop-off arrangement. We are still selling the book, Kingsville-A Stroll Through Time, so if you need a good summer read for only $35, please contact the Archives.

The Chocolate Mint Girl Guide Cookies have arrived in Kingsville. Contact me if you want some of these yummy treats. The girls are not allowed to do door-to-door sales this year, but we can arrange contactless delivery to your home. The funds raised from these cookies go directly to support local units. The cookies sold in grocery stores support Girl Guides of Canada, but local units may not get any benefit from these sales, so support local girls.
