A small but meaningful Remembrance Day ceremony held at the Gelert Cemetery in the Township of Minden Hills. Thank you to the volunteers at the Kinmount Branch... of the Royal Canadian Legion for providing the opportunity to pay tribute to all those who have fought for our freedom. Lest we forget.

Hello Comrades and Friends I hope this message finds you well during these most unusual times. After a few successful trial soft Saturday openings we will continue on with Saturday openings. With that said we would love to have you come out and join us for Saturday Meat Draw, doors open at 4pm, Meat Draw starts at 5pm, masks are required when not at your table. Perfect time to renew your membership. Early bird $55 until Nov 30th then $60. Hope to see you soon :-)

Heavy Hearted Announcement Cde. Bernice Owens was a Life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br.#441 John McGrath for 48 years. Cde. Bernice held many positions on the branch executive including Secretary for many years. Bernice was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the same number of years if not more. Bernice was the Ladies Auxiliary F4... Zone Commander for a number of years. Bernice was very active in the Legion by participating in darts, meat draw and selling Nevada tickets at the bingo every Friday night. She loved her rye and water and she loved the Legion. Cde. Bernice attended many conventions from Zone, District, Provincial and Dominion. I attended a few with Bernice, we went to Sault Saint Marie & Halifax. Bernice was also very active in the community belonging to many organizations including the Kinmount Planning, Galway Hall. Happy Canada Day from all of us at Branch 441. We would also like to send out a huge thank you to member Richard Wackernagle for the donation of covering the cost of a new patio tent cover. We hope to see you all soon, until then stay safe, healthy and happy.

Such a shame, RCL Branch 441 Ladies Auxiliary works so hard to put these great events together. Let's all stay safe and positive till we get through this, then we can enjoy these great community events again.

Remembering those that fought for our freedom at the Remembrance Day service held at the cenotaph in Gooderham. Despite the conditions, thank you to the volunteers at the Kinmount Legion for organizing this important event.

RCL Branch 441 Ladies Auxiliary are in need of donations for a Gift Basket raffle. Looking for anything like the below: (new items only) Wine... Liquor Beer Gift cards Scarves/mitts/hats Childers toys And more! Basket Raffle will include all donated items in hopes that they may help a family with gifts, celebrations, or just for fun. Raffle will be completed online. All profits will be donated to Br. 441 Kinmount Legion to help the branch during these challenging times. Any and all donations greatly appreciated
