Underrated back exercise! The Landmine Row is an excellent exercise to not only build muscle throughout the mid/upper back, but it’s also an effective exercise for training healthy scapular movement. Notice how full scapular protraction and retraction occur with this exercise. It’s a great way to teach the scapula how to move around the rib cage. Try 8-10 slow tempo reps with a focus on a hard peak contraction in the mid-back. Sad news everyone. Bowser fell off his diet over the Thanksgiving weekend and put back on all the weight he lost over the last 16 weeks. We ask all of our clients to please be discrete and not mention his weight - he would be devastated. He also wanted us to mention that he does enjoy thanksgiving leftovers, and that turkey and ham are his favourites.
