Yesterday a few members ventured out to make a donation to Inn Out Of The Cold St.Thomas-Elgin to allow them to purchase an AED. This $2500 donation was made possible be our partnership with Jackpot City St. Thomas St.Thomas Kinsmen, doing what we do!

Tickets are now available for the Annual St. Thomas Kinsmen Club Christmas Electronics Draw. Over $4000 in prizes are available to be won this year, with only 400 tickets. Tickets are $20.00 each and available from any St. Thomas Kinsmen Club member, as well as at Century Sound, 930 Talbot Street, St. Thomas and Ollee's Bar & Eatery, 148 Fifth Ave, St. Thomas. Tickets sold out the last 2 years before the event so don't wait, get your ticket early! Payment can be cash or e-t...ransfer to a St. Thomas Kinsmen member, or purchased online at https://www.stthomaskinsmen.com (Visa / MasterCard). You'll receive a picture of your completed ticket once your order is processed. The back of each ticket has a coupon for a complimentary Single Burger from Wendy's St. Thomas, so if you don't need your actual ticket stub let us know and we will provide them to Inn Out of the Cold and The Grace Cafe for distribution. Our friends over at #steamcentre are gathing up old laptops to refurbish and give to children and families in need. It's hard for students to learn from home without one! Do you have an old computer/laptop you haven't used in a while? Please consider donating it to STEAM to help a local child! They are accepting donations at the STEAM Centre, 745 Talbot Street from 12-4 on October 30th, November 6th, or November 13th. If that doesn't work for you, reach out to a Kinsmen, and we will collect it and get it to STEAM!

This week three Kinsmen made it to the St.Thomas Elgin Food Bank to make a $1000 donation. Supporting organizations that support our community!

Tonight we made a socially distanced donation to the St.Thomas Elgin Public Arts Centre. We support the work they do with children in the public school system. Thank you to Laura and her team for everything you do in our community. #stthomasproud

Supporting our service clubs. Tonight the Kinsmen support the Columbus Club. Each year we make a donation to be able to use there wonderful hall. Thank you Columbus Club for giving us a home!

Every August Kin Clubs across Canada submit information about how much we raised in our communities. Normally we celebrate this amount at our National Convention. This year, due to COVID-19, the awards and celebrations were done virtually! Totally worth sharing though. Kin clubs raised $18,496,685 all going towards what each local club feels is the communities greatest need. Do you want to be part of something bigger? Give us a try!
