100 years ago, Hal Rogers and a small group of like minded individuals started the first Kinsmen Club in Hamilton, Ontario. Today we celebrated 100 years by raising our flag at the Ponoka civic building. Clubs across Canada have raised over a billion dollars for their communities thanks to the tireless efforts of volunteers and our supporters
Thank you for all you do in our community!
The Ponoka Kinsmen were very proud to once again supply the Kin Cantina to the Ponoka Food Bank in order that they had a place to stay warm and collect food donations tonight at the 2019 Holiday Train visit. One of the largest crowds ever!
The Ponoka Kinsmen have once again been Serving the Community’s Greatest Needs with helping two of Ponoka’s Community & District Support Groups. Proud of our Club to have donated $1000 each to the Ponoka Food Bank and the Ponoka Secondary Campus Santa Anonymous programs. These donations could not be possible without the support of our community and the businesses that support our Ponoka Kinsmen Phone Book project and Annual Business Auction.
What a night! Thanks to everyone who came out to #kintoberfest2019! See you next year
Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy our First Kintoberfest last night! Big shout out to Rose Creations for decorating the hall, and Hot Express for coming out to feed everyone!

We've been getting a few questions lately about Kinsmen events this year and specifically the downhill derby, so we thought it would be good to post something. The Downhill Derby and all Kinsmen sponsored events have been put on hold until further notice, as per the direction of Kin Canada. If you would like more info or the statement from our National Headquarters please see here: https://www.kincanada.ca/covid-19. ... We can't wait to get back into the community and serving Ponoka's greatest need as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, if there is anything we can help with please reach out to one of us! Thank you Ponoka for your support year after year!
Another great Downhill Derby in the books! Big thanks to all out sponsors, volunteers, and of course the kids! https://www.ponokakinsmen.ca//downhill-derby-a-rolling-suc
The Kinsmen Club of Ponoka is incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of Bob Hepp. Bob was an avid supporter of numerous community projects and services, including our own club, the opportunities he gave others will never be forgotten and he will be missed by all.
Tonight the Ponoka Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs spread a little KinKindness, we delivered coffee and donuts to the firefighters as an appreciation of all that they do.
