KI Pembroke and Algonquin College have teamed up for phase two of a partnership program. In June 2013, a gazebo was constructed at KI Pembroke for employees to use to relax at lunch and on their breaks. The second phase will involve the creation of a nature trail. The purpose of the trail being created by Algonquin College’s Applied Research program is to promote personal, mental and environmental well-being for KI Employees. The project was completed on November 15, 2013.
