People who have been confirmed with a booking time by our staff will receive their vaccine, but any further bookings will be assigned to our wait list. Covid-19 Vaccination Update I have just received word from the health unit that we have been selected for the next round of pharmacies to participate in vaccination. It is anticipated that we will receive our first doses around the third week of April. If your birthday was in 1966 (any day) or earlier, you are eligible to receive a vaccine.... Pharmacy COVID-19 Vaccine Update Yesterday, the ministry of health announced more pharmacies will be able to administer vaccines in Ontario. In Timiskaming, 3 pharmacies were selected, all in the Tri-Town area. At this time, no pharmacy in Earlton, Englehart, or Kirkland Lake has been authorized to administer COVID vaccines. Kirkland Pharmacy will remain open during the Ontario wide lockdown as an essential service. Please observe our lockdown restrictions in place effective immediately: 1. Delivery and Curb-side pickup are strongly encouraged. 2. In-store patron limit will be restricted to 50% capacity. For our pharmacy, this means a strict limit of 10 customers... 3. All patrons will be asked to wear a mask without exception. We will provide you a mask if you do not have one. If you are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, ask about delivery or curbside options. 4. Doses of the flu shot keep trickling in... We have received another shipment of 20 doses today. As of 2PM Nov 25, 17 doses remain available to be booked. Call the pharmacy to book your shot.
