I've finished the DPAC All Candidates meetings now. What a great experience! Thank you to everyone who's expressed their support and positive comments. I appreciate it very much. Please encourage more folks to vote.

DPAC is hosting 2 Trustee 'All Candidates' meetings - Wed. Nov. 2nd at CSS and Thurs. Nov.3rd at SSS. I hope you can come and bring a friend :)

Last night's School Board reiterated that we need a change in our elected trustees. What we also need is to get Parents back on district committees especially the Finance committee.

Tonight's School Board meeting should be very interesting with one of the agenda items being the budget surplus and the transportation fee. For Chilliwack residents you should think about attending. Also for information on City council and trustee candidates please 'surf' the net (star fm, hawk radio, chilliwack progress and the Times).
