3 MISTAKES I MADE TRYING TO GET THAT GOAL You know I’m all about creating aligned results and achieving my goals - so I want to share some things that I did in the past that completely wasted my time and energy. By sharing these, I hope I can help you avoid the same mistakes I made!... 1) FOCUSING ON THE PAST I thought the more I figured out what I did wrong then it would help me get it right. In reality, I was allowing my past thoughts, words, and actions to rule my world...not what I actually wanted to create. You see, I wasn't acting from the end. 2) GETTING STUCK ON WHAT I WASN'T Back then I believed that maybe I wasn't big enough for my big vision. I wasn't like the "others" who seemed to have it all. I wasted a lot of time convincing myself why others would succeed but not me. 3) HOLDING ONTO THE FEAR I did this because fear kept me playing small, and playing smaller kept me feeling safe. Well it turns out that it wasted a lot of my time because the limiting stories that fear was insisting were true were simply not, and when I let them go I was free to be my authentic and highest self. Manifesting isnt about sitting back and doing nothing. Its not wishing, or simply dreaming. YES! Those things are part of the process, but thats the truth - there is a process. When you learn, study and practice the process this is when manifesting may begin to feel as though its magic! Poof (I did it again!). Often in the Academy of Manifestation group here at Kiseki Institute well get asked things like "but, why is it taking so long?" or "its the clarity or the consis...tency Im lacking"...and "I just want to have (the thing) faster". When these are the thoughts coming up we need to go back to the 101 of Manifesting and double down. Honestly, and being honest with yourself is part of it - how is your daily practice going? The more time you spend on getting clear, the more clear you will be. When you practice consistency youll see consistent results - youll be grateful for the seemingly swiftness of your achievements. Flashback to Million Dollar Round Table meeting with Bob! Looking from outside in, nothing special about the picture like its any other picture with me talking to Bob. However, I will never ever forget this moment. He was challenging my core beliefs and it created a massive internal earthquake. It felt like the world has completely turned upside down.... Looking back knowing where I was then, I need a telescope to see how far Ive come. Saying that my life has drastically changed for the better is an understatement. Having a great mentor can help you reach great heights and cut down the time to achieve the vision in a record time. Now, I did not like what he was sharing with me but I am beyond grateful to this man for sharing the truth in helping me raise my own standards to be the BEST that I can be. So.. a message for today - Dont settle! Keep challenging your beliefs! Create what you currently think is impossible into an inevitability. Go for what you want and just jump!!!! YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL. Yes, absolutely! However, on the road to this we may feel defeated and even experience great achievement in one area and lack in another... leading to the saying "You can have it all, just not all at the same time..." How about this... I learned that the trick to having it all (yes, harmony, balance, success in all areas of my life) is an abundant mindset. Hope you were able to enjoy a beautiful sunshine over the weekend I was truly blessed to have spent an amazing time/day at best friends cabin - it reminded me of how much I love being near water.. While in paradise, it dawned on me of the time when I first began my business. I was working 16-18 hour days, 7 days a week with only 2-3hour sleep a night.. ... Over a year of grinding as such, I vividly remember hitting a huge wall. Well it is very difficult to sustain a rhythm like that?? I literally was at a point where I was stretched so thin and was beyond frustrated of not being able to spend a quality time with those that I love the most and not having enough time for anything. When I was able to, my mind was caught up with all to-do list that I wasnt being present even with my children and thinking this is not what I had in mind at all as an entrepreneur!!!! Thats when deep inside I knew something had to change You see, in order for me be the best at what I do, I believed I had to work 100x harder than anybody else in the field. This belief alone nearly cost me everything that was most important in my life. Maybe you are not at the place of extreme like I was but feeling exhausted or overwhelmed not having enough time to do the things you truly care about. Are you feeling like you are enslaved by the business? Trust me on this - working harder isnt the answer and there is definitely a effortless way. I want you to know that this symptom (if you are experiencing one) is very common among entrepreneurs. In fact, many that I help serve when they first come to me, they are often in this state.. I have music from Hawaii, I have palm trees in my heart and soul, and I can go to this happy place whenever I need with a vivid imagination and trust in what I can conjure up. Here is a little bit more about Heather before you meet her on Mon...day! (Make sure youre in the group so you dont miss it (Academy of Manifestation -Kiseki Institute). Heather was born in New York in 1981, she always enjoyed reading and writing as a child. She is a huge animal lover and has owned every pet imaginable from hamsters to cats and dogs. She has also rescued many animals that have come in her path from baby birds, to cats, to raccoons and even a fox. As a child she envisioned she would become a veterinarian, but a later change of course in her professional career led her to pursue the Law. Heather is a mother of two children and after grieving the loss of her mother-in-law and her own mother, she took up writing again and found her happiness in it.

In a world that often tells you otherwise please know you can just BE YOURSELF! This is where you find your unique infinite potential - ready when you are!

Sharing my private life with you isnt always easy.. Why?! Because I guess Ive always been a bit reserved and a super introvert. Sharing where I shop, what I buy, where and what I eat, how often I frequent spas and get nails done or the absolute truth about what I really think about different subjects arent something Im used to sharing but now I openly do because I want you to really get to know me and at the same time show you that really - you can enjoy every minute ...of life being a successful entrepreneur with total freedom We have this myth that we must work hard and grind to achieve success and I used to believe that too for the longest time, but came to realize its bogus. If you are grinding and using force to make business happen, you are missing it big time and seriously why did you become one if you cant truly enjoy life? These are pics from a recent visit (I now take half of my Thursdays off) #TBT!!! For ME time I often at my favorite @wedgewoodhotel in #VancouverBC Someone said to me - cocktails from afternoon & dessert too?!?! I am so happy to say - yup, sure thing! Why not????
