My favorite human @sugartownstudio has been busy making Woodies at her studio in Toronto, for the shop this Christmas. This will be the only place to purchase in Nova Scotia. Well my birthday weekend was pretty exciting! We went to an AirBnb with a hot tub (because we are fancy), ate at the Church Brewery, stopped at tangled garden. Got ENGAGED. Hahaha whaaat! Not many know this but Chef Kale over @coastalcookhouse and I have been together for 7 years. He was there when this business started. When I took over his living room with my chaos. He has always been in the background cheering me on. Even lending a hand when I get too overwhelmed with Christmas orders. You may have seen him walking down the boardwalk to deliver lunch to me, so I don't get too hangry. He has the biggest heart, the best laugh and is honestly just my favorite human. I can't wait to see what's next!
