Dear valued customers, As the coronavirus (COVID-19) is now affecting many of our local communities, we want to reach out and outline measures and precautions we are taking at Kisoji Japanese Kitchen as the safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority. We will remain open for business providing a safe and welcome environment for our customers. As a restaurant, we already adhere to the highest standards of sanitation and food safety. ... In addition, we will: - Reduce seating capacity inside the restaurant to ensure that there are no more than 50 people in the building at once. - Enforce more frequent hand washing. - Ask staff who are presenting any cold or flu like symptoms to stay home. - Frequently sanitizing used surfaces. - Ask customers to avoid dining in if displaying cold or flu like symptoms. For all of our customers who are not comfortable of currently dining in public establishments and in self quarantine, we are excited to announce that we will be offering delivery services through Doordash. Due to the high demand of food delivery services, we will additionally be offering an in house delivery service ($5 delivery fee with a minimum $30 order in a 5km radius). We have full confidence in our teams’ ability to adapt our preventive measures following the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
