It’s where we nourish, commune with, and care for our family and friends (pre covid). With this in mind, I named my business after the heart of my home. Chocolate Babka pop-up sale AND Kitchen Island's website soft-launching (https://kitchenisland.ca/ Whaaaaat?!) ... We've been working hard and you've been very patient but the wait is over! What is Chocolate Babka? A babka is a cross between cake and bread. It is prepared with a yeast-leavened dough that is rolled out and spread with various fillings. Our babka is made of buttery and rich dough, laminated with high quality dark chocolate and twisted into a beautiful and delicious 9" loaf. When?
