Maximize your kitchen space with a custom island that is both functional and unique!

A great way to create a focal point in your kitchen is to design a furniture styled look on your island. Try adding a decorative leg instead of the a standard toe kick, choose a complimentary, but contrasting finish to the cabinets and add give it different hardware.

Open shelving there are definitely some varied opinions out there. We have heard people love the look and some people find it clutters easily. Personally I think they can be beautiful and you can easily set the tone for what goes on the shelf while still making it functional too.
