MUNG BEANS, my favourite bean to sprout at the moment! I can almost say I’ve sprouted a whole 1.8kg bag! I found a new secret (for me anyways) putting them in a dark cupboard and not watering too much, letting them sit on the counter for the final day to green up a bit. I think I saw yesterday was national grilled cheese day!
