Our "fettuccine alla gigi" is a gourmet's delight! Give it a try at your next dinner party and leave your guests impressed! Ingredients: 454g of fettuccine 2 Tb...sp. of olive oil 2 cups of sliced mushrooms 1 cup of sliced prosciutto cup of white wine 700ml of Kitchen Lab's Beet's rosé sauce 4 Tbsp. of parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. of parsley 1- Cook the fettuccine in a pot filled with boiling salted water. 2- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until golden. 3- Add the prosciutto and let it cook for a few minutes. 4- Add the white wine and let it reduce. 5- Incorporate the Beet's rosé sauce, and stir. 6- Add the fettuccine into the sauce, mix it well and serve with parmesan and parsley.
