A new charge for after hours shenanigans ! Applied at our Discretion. This will only apply to certain customers. Here at Kitchen's we try to keep everyone happy. I truly believe we go above and beyond what many shops will do for a customer. If your broke down or you have just had an accident please call us immediately no matter what the hour, we will be there for you as always ! That said due to recent events effective immediately we will be charging $50 for phone inquires a...fter hours. It will be added to your towing and storage bill. Of course this will be added at our discretion, but it will be added. Calling us repeatedly @ 10 pm,11pm, midnight , 1am ,3am and 5am to inquire when you can get your car back because it was impounded by the RCMP is silly and unnecessary. Our on call people work very hard, they go all hours of the night in storms and in the dark. Too harass them and to be ignorant to them for doing their jobs is unacceptable. This is directed towards a certain group who doesn't seem to understand people are sleeping at 3am and not out roaming the countryside. General inquires are to be made during normal business hours, 8-5 Monday to Friday. When common sense doesn't work then actions are needed ! See more

Hi everyone, effective immediately due to provincial guidelines customers will not be allowed in the shop work area. Please when dropping off or picking up vehicles check in at office. Please follow the instructions on office door. Also we will not be able to transport customers in service trucks during roadside assistance calls or offer our complementary pick up and drop off of customers, but we will come and pick up your vehicle and deliver it back, just not with you in it.......lol. Let's do what needs to be done . Stay Safe and get through this.
