The Big Italian Hamper - This hamper is a bit different as it's a full meal with vino rather than the normal cheese and preserves in our hampers. -All the work has been done for you (including the making of fresh pasta and the 5 hour simmering of sauce). All you will need to do is follow the preparation instructions included and you will have a fresh meal within 10 minutes. ... -As always it includes wine that have been paired with your meal along with tasting and pairing notes. -There will only be two days available for this hamper, as they are being prepared out of an industrial kitchen that I have limited access to. It may also be my last hamper for a little while as I start full time work again shortly (yay!). The days available for delivery will be : Saturday April 3 2021 Saturday April 17 2021 The hamper includes: Bottle of Chianti Classico Bottle of Pinot Grigio Fresh/homemade Fettuccine Slow simmered San Marzano Sauce 'Nduja Sausage (a spicy spreadable sausage that can be eaten with the ciabatta or put right into the red sauce) Stracciatella Cheese Bomba Sauce (hot pepper paste/sauce) Fresh Ciabatta bread Assorted Cannoli All orders will need to be in by the Tuesday prior to delivery. Hey Friends, I'll be making more Toronto deliveries this Sunday Feb 21st. Currently there is the Canadian Hamper and Spanish Hamper. I will also be adding a German/Austrian Hamper and will give more details later today. For anyone Celebrating Valentines Day a week late or if your just really interested in the Valentine hamper I'm going to continue it for one more week!

Valentine Hamper is set to go! A nod to romance languages of France, Spain and Italy interlaced with some known aphrodisiacs A few things to mention.... 1. I'm only doing 30 Valentine hampers. I know my limitations and with delivery etc, I know 30 is my limit. I encourage you to get your orders in early. 2. This is the largest and most packed hamper I've done. It's so full that the box barely closes. It's awesome. 3. Everything you see on the board in the photo is in the hamper. Everything. All you need do is unwrap and arrange in whatever way you choose. 4. As usual, it includes a guided tasting and serving/pairing suggestions. 5. Full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot. Free Toronto and Orangville delivery!

This was fun! Although it turned out to be more of a Spanish / Italian hybrid hamper. Oh I want to put Romesco and Membrillo in every hamper!

Edit: All orders for this Sunday the 15th will need to be in by Friday @ 3pm :) So for the past couple of months I took a break from cooking through all the countries with Kitchens United and instead tasked myself with simply tasting all of the wine, cheese and accompaniments these countries have to offer. Well as tough as tasting all this wine and cheese has been, I've been doing it to create some paired/tailored hampers. For this purpose and because it was ...fun, I focused on Canada and local producers. All the info is below and in the pics. Please feel free to dm me with any questions. Also, feel free to share. Each hamper is different and personalized. For example: if the receiver of the hamper really loves a certain type of cheese or wine, I will include that and will base the rest of the items to compliment. However, if you want to leave everything completely up to me, I'm more than happy to oblige. Everything in the hamper has been curated to compliment each other. The price difference between the silver and gold hampers is reflected in the value of the wine and the portion sizes of cheese. However, I promise that while the wine in the Northern Lights Hamper may not be quite as expensive as that in the Wheat Kings, they have still been thoughtfully picked and tailored. Tasting notes and pairing suggestions are included for each item. If you want to order a hamper based around another country, I can absolutely do that. Just shoot me a message at the email provided below or via messenger, and we will come up with something fantastic. Yes! I can create a plant based hamper! All hampers are gift wrapped with personalized tag. Ordering, Delivery and Pick Hampers will be available for curbside pick up in Scarborough on the following dates. If you are unable to pick up or would like it delivered as a gift, I can deliver within the GTA for a $5 charge. Free delivery may apply if within the Scarborough or surrounding area.
