We are dealing with the covid pandemic & heavy Xmas traffic and have had several orders delivered as soon as humanly possible. Most often same day as soon as they are ready. Very rarely do we have delays. We have dealt with several very rude customers. We also have several satisfied customers who gratefully pay for our service. We will not however respond to foul language or demands. If you don't agre...e with our fees or our business structure and timelines we politely ask you to take your business elsewhere. We have the right to a work environment free from verbal abuse and will not service anyone in future who treats us this way. We hope you understand where we are coming from. Ordered some LED lights from Amazon Friday midnight, already received from the Amazon warehouse this morning & in an expresspost enroute to the customer in CamBay! Another order of Xmas decorations from the store shelves to the customer in CamBay within 48 hrs. Thx Canadian North Cargo!! Get your orders in today & dropped off to post office or cargo tmrw 8am! The majority of our orders we provide service curbside to limit our public contact. We sanitize all touch points, we always work with a mask & both wash our hands continually throughtout the day.
