Dear Kitsune customers, We have a big announcement. Eric has taken a full time position at a new exciting job and is going to be stepping away from Kitsune on March 13th. ... We have decided to temporarily close as of the 13th, however we will be reopening later in the spring. The plan is to take some much needed time off as well as revamp our business model into something more efficient and easier for our customers to access. Eric will still be around and part of Kitsune, just not in the same capacity. We originally started Kitsune to be a little hole in the wall spot that felt like Japan. It was a place for people to meet and have a unique and intimate dining experience. Customers could chat and were served by the owners and saw the food prepared before them. Although take out became a large part of our business, that was never what we really set out to do. The past year has been amazing, we have had so much overwhelming support, however like all businesses it has been very challenging. Due to our size and scale, it is unlikely that we will go back to having dining in any time soon. It is because of this and Eric having a great new opportunity, we will be remodelling and coming back with a new way of doing things in the spring time. As always thank you so much for all of your love and generous support. Please stay tuned for Kitsune‘s return! We’ve been asked a lot about dine in lately. As a four seat micro hole in the wall restaurant, we can’t make 6ft distance between customersUntil this restriction lifted, we are unable to do dine in service. We are full on takeout service from Wednesday to Saturday 4-8! (We do catering/sushi platter before/after service hours as well!) Thank you for understanding!
