Today we celebrate Vivid’s 11th anniversary! 2020 certainly had a lot in store for us - but it also showed us the strength of our team, our friendships and our ...business. We wouldn’t be here without the support of our wonderful clients and community and for that we are forever grateful. We are so humbled to even be able to say we’ve been able to be here for this long, doing what we love. It’s an incredible feeling to look back over our last decade (and a bit) and still see lots of people who have supported us in the beginning still rooting for our success. We’ll keep it short and sweet this year. Thank you all - SO MUCH - for your continued support. We can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store.

UPDATE! To all those invested in our stolen tree - it was returned this evening ! Thank you for your honesty to the folks that dropped it off. It wasn’t about t...he tree, the lights, or the bow. It was about having something that our hard work and time paid to purchase being stolen from it’s home. To everyone who shared the post - it obviously got to the right people. Christmas will now merrily continue.

At Vivid we are committed to your safety. Below is a protocol for all appointments. - Please arrive ON TIME (5 mins before appointment time). We are running on... very tight schedules to allow for all proper sanitization. Running late may result in forfeit of appointment. - Masks are mandatory once you enter the building and must be worn at all times. We require full coverage masks (covering both nose/mouth fully) - we will provide you with one should you show up without one at a fee. - Our door is locked at all times. We ask that you please do not rattle the door or bang on it when you arrive. - We are not accepting Walk-In's at this time. - Your stylist will greet you at the door when they are ready to escort you in. - Once inside the salon, your stylist will walk you through the main sanitization steps. We also have mandatory guest registry that you will be asked to sign. - Once in your stylist's chair - please remain there unless asked to move. - No outside food/drink is permitted inside at this time. - We ask that all clients attend appointments alone. If you wish to book an appointment, purchase any kind of retail etc. - please phone us at 902 867 2888. We can set up contactless pick up for products and book all appointments over phone. We appreciate your co-operation!

People of Vivid, Our Holiday Tree has been stolen from the lobby of the salon and we would love to have it back. Whether it was a prank, a drunken shenanigan, ...or you really needed a tree - taking something that isn’t yours is not very festive. We have video of it happening and have a pretty good idea who it was. If you’d like to come pop it back into the lobby we won’t ask any questions nor will we be mad at you. The front doors are open on Mondays when we the salon is closed, so that would be a great day for you to be a good person and bring it back.
