Some kids are hungry. Some kids need help learning to read. Others need mentors in their community. You can help improve these issues and more one child at a time. Your support and participation help kids realize a brighter tomorrow.

Some popular Kiwanis projects that help kids include installing reading rooms in schools, packing backpacks with school supplies and programs that teach skills or provide safety lessons.

The Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent held a hybrid (in-person an Zoom) meeting on October 22. Speaker Sheryl Plouffe shared her vast experience in television and on-line media to show us ways to get our Kiwanis message to our target audience. We had a dozen in person and another dozen on Zoom. Great meeting. Great ideas.
