2 weeks ago I took part in the first round of the Kizomba Next Talent Contest. I didn’t know what to expect. I went in armed with passion, creativity, and (to be honest) a bit of self doubt. My inner saboteur convinced me I should be discreet about this opportunity, so I wouldn’t risk losing face. So, I did not tell anyone about it. (And I was wrong not to) Participating in the contest was such a rewarding experience. And I wish I had shared it with my people. I got to expand... my creative mind and connect with up-and-coming talents from all around the world! And best of all, I qualified as a semi-finalist for the second round! So today I’d like to share this journey with you.
