What happens to your skin in your 30’s. What type of treatments and products you should be doing and using. . Remember that you need to change with age. . In our mid to late 30’s collagen loss will become more noticeable. Pigmentation caused by sun damage in the past will start to come through. Your forehead and eye area may be showing deeper lines. ... . Regular (monthly) anti aging facials and treatments like microneedling, lasers and stronger peels and acids will help prevent or decrease the signs of aging. . You may well be starting to think about Botox and fillers for those deeper lines. (I always recommend trying to do without first but totally not oppose to it) . Always wash your face before bed. Have a solid skincare routine (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer). EYE CREAM, VITAMIN A and SPF is a MUST! .
