New neighbours coming soon!! This brand new build up in Juniper is nearing completion and it’s just been sold to amazing family! Woo Hoo!

We’ve always been huge supporters of Royal Inland Hospital but this fundraiser hits particularly close to home for us. Dave Robinson was an incredible man and skilled mason that worked with us throughout his life in fact we even built his own home for him! His bold personality and devotion to his community will always be fondly remembered and we will always be there to continue his legacy of giving back. This year RIH is raising funds in Dave’s name to purchase a much nee...ded portable ultrasound machine that will help ensure cancer patients and others get the necessary tests and treatments they need right here in our own community. Our tickets are certainly in hand and we encourage everyone to support this cause for our local hospital and in memory of an amazing man.

Planning, budgeting, scheduling and contracts sure they’re not nearly as exciting as all the action that happens at the jobsite but, in truth, that’s ultimately what makes it all happen! It’s that time in the office that keeps the entire process running smoothly and ensures every single detail is accounted for.

It's cold out there!! And as much as we dislike these new freezing temps, our windows hate it just as much! Colder temperatures can often cause window condensation to develop which can lead to window frame damage. This is because newer homes are built increasingly airtight. While this is great for keeping our homes warmer and more efficient, it also has a tendency to trap the moisture caused by cooking, bathing and breathing. This means we now need to proactively contr...ol humidity levels by turning on exhaust fans and ensuring window coverings are open to allow the indoor air to circulate. Banish that condensation and save your window frames. Your wallet will thank you.

Now THAT is a rec room! Big windows, plenty of space and a wet bar to boot! No man cave here. This is definitely a room everyone will love!
