This position is the first point of contact for our call-in and walk-in customers and is the back-up person for our Service Department. This position also provides support to all the different departments within Kles-Air Mechanical. Position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (430pm on Fridays). We are looking for:... Exceptional customer service and telephone skills; directing in-coming calls/walk-ins to the appropriate person/department, booking service calls for customers, sourcing parts for service technicians and customers. Team player; provides support to multiple departments Familiar with Microsoft Office; including use of shared calendars Familiar with Sage 50; creating invoices and processing payments (credit card, cheque, and cash) Data entry skills; creating, entering and closing sales in our in-house database Use of debit machine; sales, refunds, pre-authorizations, and batch out at end of day Please forward resume to [email protected]

We did a Heat Exchanger replacement at Leto’s this week. The exchanger was plugged which caused the flames to roll out and not into the tubes. The crew is installing some underground ductwork today. It's a tedious process that involves installing the pipe in trenches and staking it all down so it didn't float when we pour concrete, covering it in foundation coating to prevent corrosion, and encasing it in concrete. #centralalberta #Lacombe #reddeer #heatingandcooling #hvaclife #klesair
