Exciting news! We are gathering together this coming Friday night for a real in life church service. We are very excited to see you all face to face and worship together in one place. A few things to remember as we meet: 1. We are asking that you wear a mask and follow the social distancing protocols to the best of your ability. ... 2. We are meeting at the First Baptist Church in Port Hope (57 John St.) at 7:00 pm. 3. This will be in place of our usual online presence on Sunday mornings. 4. Come with an open heart to worship our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ

Good afternoon everyone! I would like to encourage everyone to take some time to listen to this message brought to the body of Christ by our very own Rev. Bill Annis of FCF Canada. I believe it will encourage your hearts and strengthen your faith in God. In this hour the message of the Gospel of Jesus has never been more relevant and powerful, be blessed by this encouraging word. -Pastor Mike

Unfortunately, we have been informed that all Town of Port Hope facilities are being shut down until further notice due to Covid-19. We will miss seeing you all this Sunday and will keep you updated about future services and events.

We will be at church this morning! Hope to see you there. The snow has stopped and the roads are plowed. Use wisdom and caution if you are coming from out of town. And give yourself extra time and drive safely.

God wants to give us the desires of our hearts. So often we focus on them to the point that we worry and strive to obtain them, but if we desire Him first and focus on Him, He will provide us with the best possible outcome. Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. #seekhimfirst

We have now begun collecting money for The Giving Tree - a local charity that provides Christmas gifts for children in our own community. We love being able to give back as a church and you can be a part of this as well. We will be collecting monetary donations to purchase gifts right up unitl Sun. Nov. 23rd. We encourage you to not only give financially but with your prayers as well. Lets bring the love of God to our community in every way we are able!

Stating Jan 12, 2020 we are starting ‘Foundations of the Christian Faith’ class. Every Sunday morning for 6 weeks. Place: Ruth Clark Center Time: 9:00-9:45 am (before KLF service) Length: 6 weeks... RSVP: Elsie at 905-375-5153 Come and learn the basics of being a Christian - What does it means to be saved? To be born again? What is grace? What is repentance? What is our identity in Christ? What is a spirit filled life? How to receive the Holy Spirit? What does it mean to belong to KLF? Whether you are a new believer or a seasoned Christian, there will be something for you! If you miss a session, that’s ok come for the next session. All are welcome!

If you've already signed up for our small groups this year, we want you to know you should be receiving an email this coming week with all the details you need to know! If you have not signed up, and are interested in being part of a small group community, please let us know asap as we may need to adjust our group numbers. It's going to be a great year of growth for all of us!
