Survivors can respond to assault in many ways. Everyone copes in their own way and coping strategies represent the survivor’s best efforts to deal with trauma. The survivor is not to blame, no matter where they are, what they are doing or what they are wearing. #WeBelieveMB #SAAM

The effect of the non-consensual distribution of images can be traumatic. Many survivors are re-victimized in their school, workplace or community due to victim blaming. The focus should never be on the victim, rather the person who distributed the image without consent #SAAM2021
Today is Non-Consensual Distribution of Intimate Images Awareness Day. Sharing an intimate photo without consent is sexual violence. People who have been victimized have the right to get support. #WeBelieveMB #SAAM2021
