Support local! As a General Contractor, we utilize many different sub-trades to get a project done. At Kloosterman General Contractors we are proud to say that virtually 100% of the sub-contractors we work with are home-grown. If you drive by the corner of Lansdowne and The Parkway, you will see the pictured building under construction (Mastermind Toys). We have over a dozen sub-contractors who will help to complete this job from beginning to end. This includes excavation, f...oundations, structural steel, plumbing, electrical, framing, concrete finishing, stucco, masonary etc. Every single one of these companies is LOCAL to Peterborough and surrounding area. All of the scaffolding and heavy equipment are rented from LOCAL rental companies. Most of the building materials even came from LOCAL retailers. We are truly thankful for every job we get and we love to keep it LOCAL! :-)
