Recipe: ... 3/4 cup protein powder 3/4 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup egg whites 2 mini cups vanilla yogurt 2 med ripe bananas 1/4 cup stevia 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon The magic bullet mixes it very well, so I find I am adding more oatmeal or protein powder for better consistency. I spray my muffin sheet with Coconut Oil Pam and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Add the chocolate chips in for each one individually so it's consistent.
