P A T I E N C E . . .... Yesterday was a day. Panic is the best way to describe the phone calls, emails and urgency needed for us to be everywhere in anticipation of what was to come. Now, we once again patiently wait to see how these new restrictions will affect our business further. It’s heavy, it’s exhausting. I know we all feel the pressure and uncertainty of the announcement and the weeks to follow. . . . Prior to the pandemic I had a hard time saying no. Now, we are forced to say no a lot and it’s a constant battle full of managing disappointments. I think all of us are over the word pivot and the challenges that come with restructuring, replanning and strategizing every few months. Here we are again. Pivoting. Patiently waiting. Frustrated. H O T M I N U T E . . .... I know it’s fashionable to be late but guys, it’s been a hot minute since my last post. Almost 4 whole months to be exact Like many of you, we are neck deep in the COVID storm and have had to make decisions to eliminate what we could to stay afloat. Unfortunately, for the last few months that meant sacrificing our social. Last week I met up with Beth from @house.of.rue and Ash @flash.adams to reintroduce ourselves back into the social media world. T O P N I N E . . .... 2020, what a wild ride you were. It’s hard to believe (shocking actually ) we completed a total of 7 projects and a whopping 26 spaces. That really doesn’t feel real and wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing clients, loyal contractors and dedicated team. We were met with so much patience, grace and understanding for the challenges we faced getting to the finish line. Covid taught us so much and although it came with many lows, we did experience a few highs. Being nominated for best interior design & decor in 2 communities was a surprise to say the least. Winning these categories was an absolute honour, truly the highlight of our year and really emphasized the importance of community to us. We are so grateful for all of your support. 2021 is coming in hot. We still have so much of 2020 to share and we can’t wait to introduce you all to the exciting new projects we have started.
