One final hurrah in the kitchen tonight. Baked goods order for cinnamon buns, cheese buns and pizza buns. And eight batches of dough all ready to go! Three of those are going to the winner of a veterans food bank fundraiser

A heartfelt thanks, for a wonderful season! Thank you kindly for your support. Your orders, post shares and encouragement are much appreciated. I’ve made almost 40 batches of dough, sold 11 gingerbread houses and completed a handful of baked goods orders. I use this side hustle to help pay cash for a wonderful Christmas I had no idea what to expect in this upside down and topsy turvy season we are in. But I was pleasantly surprised at the demand for our products this yea...r. With that said, I’m not accepting any further orders in 2020. My main gig is about to get busy, and I must turn my attention to Pet Planet and our little family. I wish you all the best this season, and may you be filled with peace, hope and joy. FACE BEHIND THE PAGE// Hi! In case you don’t know me... My name is Annemarie, and I’m the face behind KneadDoughYYC. I’ve turned my fun hobby into a little side gig. Here’s some facts about me: 1. I’m a born and raised Calgarian, and the first person in my immediate family to be born in Canada. My roots are Croatian . I’m fluent in both English and Croatian. 2. The kitchen is my happy place. I used to think I wasn’t creative. And then I realized my creativity comes through ...in the kitchen. I love to create meals, baked goods and all things delicious. I especially enjoy sharing my creations. 3. I come from an family of entrepreneurs. My father and both of my siblings were/are small business owners. And so am I. My husband and I own and operate Pet Planet Millrise. We’ve done it for almost 14 years. 4. I like to wear flip flops as long as possible. Once the snow flies, I begrudgingly wear winter appropriate footwear. 5. I love Alberta, but I don’t love Calgary (anymore). I’d love to move somewhere rural. Preferably with a mountain view.
