I am very excited to be starting my massage therapy business here in Cape Breton! I am a licenced RMT. I received my diploma from Westervelt College in London Ontario. I was a member in good standing with the CMTO and the RMTAO. I've recently moved back to Sydney and am registered in good standing through MTANS. Post grad I worked with the Western University track and cross country running teams. ... I am a championship Irish dancer and toured with several dance companies worldwide as the lead dancer. I taught Irish Dance in Ontario and continue to teach locally. I grew up playing lots of sports. My main sports being soccer and volleyball. I have a BBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Cape Breton University. I have Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) Certification through Canfitpro. I teach an average of 17 fitness classes a week for Fit for Life. I love helping people maintain their health while working towards their fitness goals. Why Knees? Relieving knee pain is life changing. There's nothing more rewarding than having a client tell you they can now go for a walk without pain or walk up and down the stairs without a shooting pain through their knee.
