This was a purple floral gluten-free lemon cake with lemon buttercream and celebrated a birthday on April 3/21.

This Poke’ Ball cake with Pikachu on top was gluten-free vanilla with modelling chocolate Pikachu. The cupcakes were cotton candy and blue raspberry. My customer was over the moon happy with this cake. March 30/21

Not only do I make gluten-free cakes but I also make gluten-free cheesecake and desserts. This cheesecake had gluten-free graham cracker crust and was topped with chocolate curls, silver stars and sparkles. March 22/21

I made this cake for my friend’s new teenager. It was gluten-free chocolate with lavender airbrushed Italian buttercream and mauve white chocolate ganache drip. The handmade Isomalt ball on top was fill with purple candy. Dea’s smile says it all! March 7/21.

These chocolate and vanilla marble cupcakes were vegan/gluten-free and contained no gluten/eggs/milk/nuts/soy. The Alien Abduction design was drawn on the coconut cream frosting with food colouring markers and Leo loved it! March 6/21

This Draisaitl Jersey Cake was gluten-free chocolate filled with chocolate buttercream, covered with Italian buttercream and marshmallow fondant, and the design was hand painted by yours truly - February 18/21.

This was for the 60th birthday of Christina’s mom, who’s a lover of daisies and her favourite colour is purple. The cake was gluten free lemon cake with raspberry coulis and whipped cream filling. It’s was adorned with gum paste daisies and candy pearls - February 6/21.

Dakota turned 14 and her big day was celebrated with this RWBY themed cake and cupcakes. The cake was vanilla with red fondant, and cupcakes were cotton candy and blue raspberry with crescent roses drawn on gum paste - January 25/21.

I made this Seattle Seahawks cake for my coworker’s boyfriend. It was gluten free cookies and cream, a flavour I’ve never done before. Frosted with Italian buttercream, the colours were airbrushed and the details were made of modelling chocolate - January 11/21.

Future football great, TayTay Simmons turned 29 and we made him a Philadelphia Eagles Helmet cupcake cake; it was gluten free vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream filling. January 6/21.

This is Master Chief’s Helmet from Halo, done in gluten-free chocolate with Italian buttercream, covered in marshmallow fondant and airbrushed...birthday boy Gabe was ecstatic! - October 24/20.

This beauty was gluten-free chocolate with coffee buttercream and was airbrushed in the colours of the Ukrainian flag, the birthday girl’s heritage, and topped with a handmade tiger lily, the birthday girl’s favourite flower - October 23/20.

I made Cupcakes especially for respiratory week, with modelling chocolate Ventolin, Atrovent and Advair inhalers on top - October 26/20.

I made this cute giraffe cake for Kathy, Olivia’s friend of 19 years. It’s got Rice Krispie cereal in the head and neck and gluten-free vanilla cake in the ring - October 9/20.

This Hunting themed baby shower cake for baby boy, was half light blue gluten-free vanilla and half dark blue gluten-free strawberry with Italian buttercream, marshmallow fondant, modelling chocolate accents and hand painted design - September 26/20.
