It's hard to imagine spending a decade of your life with someone. Even when you reach that millstone, it seems surreal. I met Will when I was 20 years old, I was stubborn, ambitious, driven, and had a one-track mind. He was also stubborn, ambitious, driven, and had a one-track mind. Neither of us was looking for someone, and yet there we were. The moment I met him was the moment the world stood still. Is anyone else more inclined to go winter camping then summer camping? I sure am, there is just something about sleeping outside when it’s freezing cold out, wearing layer after layer of clothes. Drinking warm adult drinks ;) Snuggling up to loved ones. Will and I use to go winter camping up in the mountains full of snow and ice. We haven’t been able to do that kind of trip since the kids were born but I’m thinking this year the little’s are big enough for some winter camping...! What are your tips and tricks for camping with tiny humans? What are some of your favorite spots? Hopefully covid restrictions let us go on an adventure soon to some remote (local) place, but then again, we might just have to camp in the back yard. Do you ever have those days ( especially now) where you just wish you could fly away to some deserted island and lay on the beach and drink rum all day? Today's one of those days for me. Before covid we didn't travel much but now that we are not allowed to I have this urge to jump on a plane and fly away to some random destination.
