Trip Prep Tip #1 - a week before my travels begin I start preparing my body for the stress of airports, planes, time changes and all that comes with 2 weeks out of my regular routine. Being properly hydrated BEFORE you start to travel is a key factor to not feeling run down! Make sure you drink appropriate amounts of water leading up to your trip and while you are traveling! **Note: you can take a reusable water bottle with you but it needs to be empty while you go through... security. There are filling stations (in most airports I have been in) by the gates or washrooms so you can fill up before you board the plane. Vitamins - B complex with vitamin C helps combat the negative effects of stress. B vitamins also help with energy production. Most people refer to stress as a negative thing but there are good stresses too. Being aware of the ways travel can stress your body can help you plan ahead and make adjusts so side affects don’t affect you to the same degree. #traveltips #knittingtours #knittradersinnorway #makethemostofyourvacation #healthytravel
