Update! We had a meeting with wcb this week and to be honest with everyone it looks as though it might not be until there is a vaccine that we will be able to continue. Unfortunately with the close contact required with what we do there is no way to be able to teach or train properly without it. We are closely watching as to what is required and at this time it does not look good for our sport. Saving lives is more important at this point. We hope everyone is healthy and doing well. We are very closely monitoring whats happening. Love you all. Stay safe!

*SCHEDULE CHANGE* Starts Feb. Tuesday and Thursday womens only now at 615pm. Beginner class Tues at 6pm and sparring thurs is no longer. Sparring will be by request only and the Tues 5pm will be a beginner/intermediate class that we will split up after the warmup. As well a separate program- Knockout in 30 is starting in Feb. This is 30 min continuous kickfit circuits. You can jump in anytime between 9am-930 and do a 30 min circuit. Every Tues, thurs and fri. Non members $80/month, members $45/month. FIRST CLASS IS FREE to try. Kick off your mornings with a quick circuit blast and get feeling awesome.
