Hi friends! It seemed about time for a little baker introduction. My name is Andrea, the face behind the pretzels! A little about me: I started Knot Spot as a fun side business to get all my baking energy out (I always found myself wanting to bake treats for friends and family) I am a high school teacher and spend most of my time in the beautiful world of mathematics ... I am always down for a good sitcom I live for the summer and can’t get enough of the water I don’t drink coffee but I’m a sucker for a good chai latte And finally, I am so thankful for you all for the support in this fun and exciting journey

It’s been a busy weekend here in the pretzel kitchen, we love a little pick me up to start the day

It’s time to party! Introducing our new Party Box! This box with 70-75 pretzel bites, is half salted and half cinnamon sugar, with your choice of 4 dips, all for only $30! We are so excited for the summer backyard hangouts we will be having with party boxes to share!

Fresh out of the oven Fresh is our middle name at Knot Spot Because we make our pretzel dough with no preservatives, everything is always fresh to order and never made ahead. The longer you wait to eat them the more the pretzel stiffens, which is why will will always make them as close to your pickup time as possible. Who doesn’t love a soft, fluffy centre in their pretzel?

Knot going to lie, we had a great little getaway! But without sounding too (nacho) cheesy, we are very happy to be home and back to twisting some pretzels for you all again

You can still order this week from Monday-Thursday, and we are happy to take pre-orders for July 19th and on .
