At Knots, we value you as a client and want to ensure we're here for your appointment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that we ask everyone be respectful of. We understand that things come up and even if you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we'd really appreciate the notice so we can book someone else in your spot! Here's a look at our cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in ...the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged half of their appointment fee. You will be given a grace period of 1 week to pay your cancellation fee which can be sent to [email protected]. Failure to do so within our grace period will prompt us to discharge you as a client from Knots and all services. Due to COVID 19, if you are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms the day of your appointment, your cancellation fee will be waived. Thank you for taking the time to read through our policy!
