Joanne found this lovely graphic. Tech neck is becoming more and more common between cell phones, tablets, and poor posture when using computers/laptops. Remember to take your breaks, and stretch out that neck!

Study material arrived in the mail today! I know a few clients who are going to be excited by this!
Bonnyville clients: We have adopted doggos. Our house is going to be a mess for the next two or so weeks as these babies settle in to their new home. Maya is approx 18 months old and is a Sheppard x Retreiver? from Northern Saskatchewan. She had Demodex Mange but has fully recovered! She also was pregnant but due her poor condition, lost her babies, which leads us to...... Andrea (Andy) is approx 9 weeks old and is a sheppard x husky? from Frog Lake. She and her 2 brothers had Parvo, but they have fully recovered. She is a bit nervous yet about being away from her people and may cry for the first while. We apologise in advance for the confusion, inevitable mess, and occasional barking!

St. Paul Clients: Booking Policy Change I am changing my policy on who is eligible to book appointments for my St. Paul Clinic. In the past I have said as long as you started a chart with me between 2016 and now you could book. Moving forward I will be limiting my practice to active clients. To be considered an active client I must see you at least once in a year. Over the next 3 months I will be separating out any charts from people I have not seen since Dec 31st 2018 and m...oving those charts to inactive status. While I do not like restricting my practice, I am making this change in hopes that I will be able to accept new patients sooner rather than later. It has always been my goal to help as many people as possible. If I am not seeing a client regularly then I can only assume they have moved, or moved on to a new therapist. I will be keeping inactive charts for the legally required 10 years, and will happily provide copies where needed (with a signed release form) :)
