This Sunday, June 28, 2020, would have been the final worship service of Knox’s Galt Presbyterian Church. At the end of 2019 the congregation voted to dissolve ...after 175 years of ministry in Galt, Ontario. As we were planning for our church’s last few months Covid-19 hit. This is yet another Celebration of Life which has been postponed and will hopefully take place at a later time. I have had the privilege of serving as Music Director here for the past 16 years. I will miss this congregation, including the small but faithful choir, and unfettered access to these two beautiful instruments. I’ll leave you with a couple of recordings done in the last few weeks. Old 100th (Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow) and a song which was sung at the conclusion of many services over the past 20 years or more, Go Now in Peace. See more
