Boring post, but quality content! We’re really pleased to have officially signed up our first legit apprentice. I remember my extreme stoke when I landed an apprenticeship, and am super proud to be giving back to the craft. If you can, indenture an apprentice, teach them, pay them well, and don’t just make them push a god damn broom for 4 years, it does nothing for you, nothing for them, and nothing for our profession. #EndRant
