SERVICE UPGRADE.... we replaced this old set up which consists of a 600v 3phase 3 wire system To a new 600/347v 3phase 4 wire system. The entire building is on a very old system which is no longer being install and with today's technology most outdoor lights are now 347v opposed to the 600v. Service is passed and ready for the next phase of the project!

The culprit was a low quality dimmer that was installed, even after adjusting the dimmer the lights still failed to turn on.
