Keath is a great sushi chef. His work is fast and the quality of the sushi is excellent. Patience and clever, he is one of Kojo's proud staff.

Meguru, the franchise owner of Kojo westside His life is unique. Studied trumpet at a music college and worked as a trumpet player for four years. After that, he became a youth minister and has been supporting the tsunami area and volunteering in Southeast Asia with young people. He has lived in a share house with young people and has helped them grow.... However, he felt that he needed further growth and moved to Canada with his family. He is studying business at Kojo. After serving as a manager at the Penticton store, he became a franchise owner at the Westside store. His life is full of hope.

Natalie’s favorite Vegan creamy ramen!! Creamy and mild. There are many fans of this ramen.

Declan’s favorite, Aburi salmon!! Aburi means sear. This sushi seared with Kojo original sauce is the most recommended product. There are many people who are addicted to this taste.

Trinity’s favorite! Buddha bowl!!! This rice bowl has carrot, pumpkin, mix veggie, edamame, tofu and fried onion. And the original miso-based sauce is delicious!!

Keath’s favorite, Beef yakiniku rice bowl!!! This rice bowl, seasoned with our original sauce, will offer you a new flavor. It is also recommended to eat it with sweet and spicy sauce!

Keita’s favorite, Jiro miso ramen!! The soup is miso, butter and chicken broth. And a lot of vegetables and minced pork are on top. It's a delicious and healthy ramen!

Meguru’s favorite Volcano roll!!! The base is a mix of California roll and dynamite roll. The top is roasted spicy salmon with spicy sauce and eel sauce. This sweet and spicy roll is the best!!

TSUNAGARU KOJO Tsunagari(bond) is the most important thing for us. If we can make one customer happy, it is a great pleasure.
