Alright!! Salons have been given the okay to re-open as of Friday, June 12th. We know that a lot of people want to have their nails done, and we are going to try our best to fit everyone in. Due to family matters and thinking Phase 2 wouldn't be implemented until July however; we will personally not be able to re-open Koko Nails until July 2nd. We understand that this is frustrating for many, as other salons will be opening sooner than us. And we apologize for the inconveni...ence, but when we come back, we hope to see as many of you as we can when we do! Due to the reduced staff and distancing measures, the appointment book will be very busy, so we ask for your understanding and patience as we work to schedule everyone in. We will publish a separate post of what to expect when you come into the salon, and what protocols we will operate under, and what will be asked of you when you come into the salon. In the meantime, to keep it fair, priority will be given to bookings that were cancelled on short notice when the quarantine was first put in place. After that, we will do our best to fit everyone else into the book! We will begin contacting clients whose appointments were cancelled first, to book them in for July 2nd and onward. After that, we will update with another post for general first come first serve bookings to begin! Thank you all so much for your patience, and sticking with us. Stay safe and stay healthy as we all move into this new phase!

Hi everyone, we hope you are doing well during this crazy time! As restrictions are being lifted, and some businesses are allowed to reopen, we know some of you have been wondering about if WE are allowed to reopen. And the answer to that is not yet. We are tracking updates for when we are able to, and will let you know here as soon as we do! In the meantime, we are organizing measures that we will take to ensure safety for all of us when we are allowed to operate again. Please take care and stay healthy! Love you all

Hi everyone, we hope you are all safe and healthy at home! So we can be safe and to aid in our united effort against COVID-19, we will be closing today. We will let you know as soon as possible when we will be able to reopen. In the meantime, appointments will be canceled instead of rescheduled since we are not sure when it will be safe to resume business. During this time, if you need support or have questions regarding your nails, we will still be answering our Facebook messages! For those with powder overlay nails ( like dipping powder, gels, or acrylics ), and feel that they are getting too long, we recommend that you take a nail file to shorten them down instead of trying to use nail clippers to cut them as that could break your nails and damage them. Take care and we hope to see you again after everything settles down

Hi everyone. Our car was hit today as we were starting our drive and we have been in a serious car accident. We are unable to come out to the store today and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We ask for your patience while we deal with this and will update you on any missed appointments or rearrangements you will need, and if we will be able to get help out to the store today. We are so thankful and feeling blessed that we are still here and able to do things such as write this post. We hope you all have safer drives, and a good day!

Face waxing is now available if you’d like to get it done!

Koko Nails 02.12.2020

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well! After opening for a week and seeing the schedule, we’ve decided to keep Sundays closed. We are still open Monday to Saturday usual hours but with a flexible closing time. So if we don’t have anyone booked for the later appointments, we just leave early Some things to expect when you come for your appointments: - please wear a mask before entering the store, and upon entering we will ask you to either wash your hands or sanitize de...pending on the service you are receiving. - please use the washroom before you come - currently we are not offering hand massages for nail services - for pedicures, we are not using hot towels, but we will continue to do massage - face waxing is not available at this time - we continue to accept cash Please do not make an appointment if you are sick. If you are displaying symptoms when you arrive, or you feel sick, we will ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment depending on your circumstance. We are being responsible and doing our utmost to keep our facility clean and safe for you, so we ask that you do your part and help keep us safe too. If you are coming from a COVID hotspot, even though there are no domestic restrictions at this time, we ask that you also refrain from making an appointment, or wait 14 days before you visit our salon. Many people may find that unfair, but due to the circumstances surrounding the Kingston salons, we feel that it is better to be safe than sorry. On top of our sanitization of tools, we are cleaning high contact surfaces frequently, and after every client. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call, or message us about things that we’re doing to keep everything safe. Have a good day everybody

We are now open! Currently, we are experimenting with what store hours, and summer hours we should operate with, so for now we are open 7 days a week including Sunday. Please refrain from making an appointment if you are sick, thank you!
