This year in the Spirit of Giving - Kokomish staff and owners have donated brand new winter clothing to keep 13 children warm and dry. We’ve also sponsored a family so they will have an awesome Christmas. In addition we’ve donated to a charity called World Vision and many 3rd world families will receive food and live stock and medicine to keep them healthy. Even though Covid has affected our economy if we all do our part we can spread our blessings to many! Merry Christmas and may you treasure the blessings of love and family this Holiday Season!
Derick and I would like to thank our staff for their wonderful Christmas gift. We decided to match their contributions and buy snowsuits for those in need. So far we’ve purchased 7 snowsuits from the Kidz Den in Pembroke and donated them to the Children’s Poverty Action Network in Pembroke. Together we can all help to ease the financial pain that Covid has inflicted upon families. We are also going to purchase boots to keep feet warm and dry this winter too. During this time of year I find it is always better to give than receive and we are so blessed to have staff who know how to to give!
Starting Tuesday December 1st, 2020 Kokomish will be asking customers if they would be willing or able to help us raise funds in donation for the Starlight children's programs. This initiative is being done in memory of Violet!
