Building our first Muskoka/Adirondack chair rough, prototype #1 out of cheap 4x8 OSB board, with amazing designer Marc Shu-Lutman who runs CNC routers like a boss at the Toronto Tool Library (Makerspace) with its awesome facility, done in 2.5hrs, I was blown away! This design that started with sketches, Fusion360 and a bunch of 3D prints, will continue to evolve, a lot of adjustments and tweaks to come in the next few iterations.
A weekend design exercise, using 4'x10' plywood sheets
This design has evolved... will update soon
3D printing the rough model of the Pepper Flask for an ergonomic evaluation. This size seems about right... This is becoming a reality thanks the support of FB groups like Chiliheads and Fermented Hot Sauce Society. Next step is a prototype, what we call a LL model (Looks Like, non-functional) in steel!
Looks like this will get bumped up to the top of my reading list when it comes out
some development update on the Pepper Flask... increased the size to hold 1.5oz of hot sauce or pepper flakes, based on some feedback from awesome people on my Chiliheads group.
Designed a Pepper Flask, a crazy idea for chili heads like me who want it on the go!
