Komri Engineering is looking for an energetic and experienced Electrical Engineer or Designer to join a dynamic growing team. We are looking for someone to join our mechanical and electrical design team to work on commercial new construction and renovation projects. This is a perfect position for someone who wants to join a dynamic team and have an impact on the projects they are apart of. The ideal candidate should be able to perform calculations, code reviews, drafting as ...required and be able to actively communicate. Skills / Attributes: - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from an accredited Canadian university or College with adequate experience - Problem solving and creativity on consulting projects; - Inquisitive nature; thrives on learning and advancing engineering knowledge; - Good multitasking and prioritization abilities; comfortable in a fast-paced environment; - Good written and verbal English communication skills, and technical writing skills (French an asset); - Good understanding of commercial and industrial design. -Proficient drafting in AutoCad. - Working knowledge of relevant codes. - Working knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. - Valid Canadian Driver's License Responsibilities / Duties: - Perform analysis of existing and new systems. - Draft drawings and write technical reports; - Carry out site inspections and field reviews; - Correspond/communicate with contractors and clients. - P.Eng.
