Calling all Mamas!! Watch this video to learn how to stand up and sit down while holding your baby without back pain. When you are seated, bring both legs to a 90/90 position. Transition your weight with a strong core into a lunge and stand up tall. Repeat the steps in reverse to go back to your seated position....
